...combined with full moon magic
The time of the full moon is a powerful energy healing opportunity, best time to:
write down your intentions
what does my physical body most need right now?
what self-care routines most nourish and heal me?
how can I regard my energy field?
I use the power of the full moon to prepare aromatherapy products. My clients often ask me, especially after pregnancy, about a recipe for hair growth, so here it is:
Using rosemary as a leave-in conditioner will leave your hair feeling glossy and soft while it improves the blood circulation in your scalp, promoting hair growth. This is also a good treatment for people who have itchy or dandruff-ridden scalps.
1 tablespoon of Rosemary leaves/ 5 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil and 5 drops of cedar wood oil (for example primavera)
2 tablespoon apple cider
1 cup of water
boil a cup of water, reduce the temperature and add some fresh rosemary leaves. Add about 5 drops of rosemary essential oil and 5 drops of cedar wood oil and the 2 tablespoon apple cider. P
our the mixture in a glass bottle and leave it outside in the fullmoon night. Next day filter the water and pour it into a spray bottle.
How to use
Wash your hair and spray it with the rosemary infused water while your hair is still damp. Ensure that you cover most of your hair and scalp.Let your hair air dry.
If you are suffering from hair loss, you can also drink the rosemary tea to improve blood circulation and promote hair growth.
You can use this leave-in treatment every time you wash your hair, and also in between washes to freshen your hair up.
Do not use this treatment in case you have high blood pressure, or are pregnant.
